This is for creating the mailto content type for the URL. You can try a couple of different ones. The one I put below for my QR Code autofills the subject and starts off the email.
This was the free and no account setup or login to get a qr code. You can stick the little mail image in the middle and do some other customizations but I'd keep it simple so you are sure it scans.
Also I'd change the url to just the base url so you are sure it always works: https://sites.google.com/view/chloebastportfolio
You can try mine out by clicking on it also. I'd do that in your electronic copy of your resume.
